Security Chatbot

Answer buyer security questions the moment they are asked.

Put Sekorti’s security chatbot on your Trust Center, your website or inside your product. Buyers can type or talk to it, and it answers from your own evidence, shows the source, and sends anything it cannot verify to your team. Buyers stop waiting. Your team stops answering the same question.

  • Answers only from your evidence
  • Chat or voice
  • You set what is public
  • Escalates instead of guessing
See it working

Three questions, three honest outcomes.

An illustrative conversation, in both modes. Notice that only the first question gets a straight answer: the second is released on your terms, and the third is one Sekorti refuses to answer for you.

Where is customer data stored, and is it encrypted?

Customer data is hosted in the EU. Production runs in eu-central-1 and backups stay in the same region. Data at rest uses AES-256 and data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Source: Hosting & Infrastructure · Information Security Policy, s.4.2

Can you send me your latest SOC 2 Type II report?

That report is available, but it is not public. Sign the NDA here and it unlocks straight away, along with the penetration test summary. Restricted document · released under the rules you set

Do you support customer-managed encryption keys?

I do not have anything on file that confirms this, so I am not going to answer it. I have passed the question to the security team and someone will come back to you directly. Escalated to your team · logged as a gap in your evidence
Every question asked here is logged, so you can see what buyers keep getting stuck on.
How Sekorti does it

It is not a chatbot you train. It is your security context, answering.

The same evidence behind your Trust Center and your questionnaires is what the chatbot speaks from, so there is no separate knowledge base to keep in sync.

01

Speaks from your evidence

Policies, audit reports, subprocessor lists and the systems you connect. If a claim is not backed by something real, it is not available to say.

02

Respects what is public

You decide what anyone can read and what needs an NDA or an approval. The chatbot never hands over a restricted document on its own judgement.

03

Escalates and records

What it cannot support goes to a person with the buyer told to expect a reply, and the gap is logged so you can close it before the next buyer asks.

Why it's different

A chatbot that is wrong about security costs you the deal.

A support bot on your docs

vs. the widget you already have

A support bot trained on help articles will happily answer a question about encryption or data residency, and it has no idea whether it is right. Security answers need evidence behind them.

A contact form

vs. asking buyers to wait

A form turns a thirty second question into a two day wait, and the buyer's evaluation stalls in the meantime. Most of what they ask is already answerable today.

A general LLM on your site

vs. a model with no rules

A general model has no concept of what is confidential and no way to tell you when it is guessing. This one has access rules, cites its source, and stops rather than improvising.

Specific capabilities

What the security chatbot handles.

Chat or voice, same answers

Buyers type on your Trust Center or your site, or talk to it on a call. Both modes speak from the same evidence and follow the same rules.

A source on every answer

Each reply points back to the document, policy or system it came from, so a buyer can verify rather than take your word for it.

Public and gated, separately

Open answers stay open. Restricted documents unlock behind an NDA or an approval, and you see exactly who asked for what.

A real handoff, not a dead end

When it cannot answer, the question reaches your team and the buyer is told so. Nobody is left staring at an apology.

You see what buyers ask

Every question is logged. The pattern tells you which gap in your evidence is quietly slowing down deals.

One context, not another silo

It shares evidence with your Trust Center and questionnaire answers, so updating a policy updates all three at once.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Where does it get its answers?

From your own security context: the policies, audit reports, subprocessor list and connected systems you have already given Sekorti. It is the same evidence behind your Trust Center and your questionnaire answers, so there is no separate knowledge base to maintain.

Can it leak something confidential?

Access is set by you, per document and per answer, not decided by the model in the moment. Anything marked restricted stays behind whatever you require, whether that is an NDA, an approval or a verified work email, and every release is recorded.

What happens when it does not know?

It says so, routes the question to your team, and tells the buyer a person is coming back to them. It will not produce a confident sentence it cannot support, because a wrong security answer is harder to undo than a slow one.

Where can I put it?

On your Trust Center, anywhere on your marketing site, inside your product, or as a shareable link your sales team can drop into an email thread during a review.

What is the difference between chat and voice?

Only the surface. Chat is the widget buyers type into on your site or Trust Center. Voice is the same agent answering out loud, so it can sit in a security review call and handle the routine questions while your team listens. Both answer from the same evidence, follow the same access rules, and escalate the same way. Voice calls come back to you as a transcript with the sources attached.

Do I see what buyers asked?

Yes. Every question is logged, along with what was answered and what was escalated. The questions that keep coming back are usually pointing at a gap worth closing.

How is this different from the support chatbot we already run?

A support bot is trained on help articles and has no way to know whether its answer about encryption or data residency is correct. This one answers only from evidence, cites it, and has explicit rules about what it may release.

Do I need a Trust Center first?

No. It works from whatever evidence you have given Sekorti. They do reinforce each other though: the free Trust Center answers the browsing buyer, and the chatbot answers the one with a specific question.

Does it reduce security questionnaires?

Often, yes. A buyer who gets their five questions answered immediately frequently does not send the full spreadsheet. What still arrives gets drafted from the same evidence with security questionnaire automation.

Stop answering the same question.
